Hours:                    37.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time + 5 INSET days). Part time applications will also be                                      considered

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Grange Park Primary School for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our friendly and welcoming office team. This post will require you to provide front desk cover where needed.

  The successful candidate will be based in our busy and fast paced office.  If you:

  • are reliable, flexible and adaptable
  • highly organised and willing to take on an active role in all aspects of the office
  • able to work independently and multitask
  • have excellent computer skills (literate in G suite packages desirable)
  • Knowledge of school management information systems would be an advantage
  • are able to work as a proactive member of a team
  • willing to take on an active role in all aspects of the office
  • work hard and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • are dedicated to providing  excellent customer service
